❔ What is the difference between the RH Logic 300 and RH Logic 400?
The difference between the RH Logic 300 and 400 lies in the backrest: the 400 has a higher backrest and is suitable for taller users, while the 300 is more compact with a lower backrest, ideal for lighter users and smaller workplaces.
❔ What is the warranty period for the RH Logic 300?
The RH Logic 300 comes with a 10-year warranty for normal use up to 8 hours a day. For more intensive use, such as 24-hour workstations, a 5-year warranty applies. The maximum user weight is 120 kg as standard.
❔ Can I add a headrest to the RH Logic 300 later? Yes, but the headrest attachment is not standard on the RH Logic 300. If you want to add a headrest later, you need to order this attachment separately. For this, please contact us, we are happy to assist you.
❔ How is my RH Logic office chair transported?
Our office chairs are delivered disassembled in the original factory packaging. This sturdy cardboard box contains all the parts of the chair, including accessories and the user manual. This ensures the chair arrives safely and undamaged.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to track your delivery in real-time.
If you have ordered multiple chairs or the chair is too large for standard shipping, we will contact you. In that case, the shipment will be placed on a Euro pallet and shipped via our carrier. This ensures that larger orders are delivered safely and efficiently!
